The Fruit Cutter e-line uses rotating blades to prevent the fruit from being pushed through the cutting blades. The fruit is placed in a flat tray. Two stainless steel combs keep the fruit in place while cutting.

 

 

Due to the cutting action of the rotating blades, almost no pressure is exerted on the fruit; it retains more of its juice. After the fruit has been cut into pieces, the tray is carefully emptied onto a conveyor belt. In this way, the fruit is not damaged at all, which benefits the shelf life. The fruit can then be weighed and packed.
