New: Long Product Cutter

Carrot, parsnip, or cucumber; the Long Product Cutter top tails them all. The products are transported into the machine via an ingenious Stepper system. The single pieces land horizontally orientated in the trays. For each product, it is possible to set precisely how many millimeters must be cut per side. Or on one side when only tailing is necessary. Then the product can be cut into equal parts of a preset length. Result: nice equal pieces ready for further processing.

 

The speed of the machine is fully adjustable. Both the cycle time and the speed of the conveyor belts.
