It is quite a tough job due to the repetitive and sometimes one-sided work. Not good for health and motivation. You want employees to enjoy what they do and not go looking for another workplace.

 

Because fruit is an organic product, it always comes in all kinds of different sizes, shapes, and colors. We are 'deep learning' our newest machines with vision technology. Recognizing the product and positioning it in the right way is becoming increasingly easier. Orienting and automatically placing the fruit in a machine is no longer something that lies far in the future. It's here and it's never going to leave. A whole new way of thinking. One that constantly presents us with new challenges to come up with innovative inventions.
