The Radish Top & Tailer automatically removes the top and tail of most radish varieties by first accurately positioning the radish using vision technology, and then placing the radish into the cutting module by means of a robot. Sharp blades then cut off both ends (or 1 side if desired). By means of a finely adjusted cutting depth, maximum yield can be achieved.
By automatically processing the radish, a uniform end product is created with minimal product damage and a high processing capacity.
