Pumpkins have a hard skin, firm flesh and a seed cavity containing many seeds. Due to their size and hardness, they are difficult to process manually. The Dicer uses powerful blades to cut peeled pumpkin into uniform cubes measuring 25 x 25 x 25 mm or, if desired, cubes measuring 30 x 30 x 30 mm.
And with the Fruit & Vegetable Wedger, it is possible to cut pumpkin into 4 or 5 wedges.
By mechanically processing pumpkin, a safe, efficient and consistent processing process is created with a high capacity and minimal physical strain for operators.
