The machine's 'stepper system' ensures product orientation. In addition, it directly separates the products so that only one piece is processed at a time.
The machine is equipped with two conveyors that can move the products sideways. In this way, the head can be cut off first. The product is then moved to the other side of the machine to cut off the butt. The length of the head and butt can be easily adjusted. In the final step, the product can be cut into equal parts of at least 25 mm or multiples thereof.
The speed of the machine is fully adjustable. Both the cycle time and the speed of the conveyors.
